<description>I just want to say thanks for this great form. I was wondering what I had to do to get or create that CaptchaSecurityImages image. I am using dreamweaver and the security code is looking for some sort of image by that name. I know there is a php form with that but I know its not looking for that form because I pointed it to the php form. Any info will be helpful. Thanks, Chris</description>
