Thanks for posting this tutorial. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I downloaded the files, uploaded them to my server as-is without any changes, filled out the form, and it gave me this error message “Please complete the missing item(s) indicated”. But nothing is indicated below. Please help. Thank you!
